The team were really friendly but also not pushy salesmen which was perfect. I originally went to view another car but it wasn't available on that day so they let us wander round and have a look at other options. I found the car that I ended up purchasing and they were happy to let me go home and have a think about it before I went ahead. There were a few things missing with the car, but they were happy to replace these for me which was great. The only downside was that the car didn't come with the user manual, but that was on me for not double checking it came with it. Would thoroughly recommend Friends Autos for anyone looking to buy.

The service from Friends autos has been exceptional ! We were looking for a first car for our son and we found a great used Astra via auto trader at friends auto’s in Evesham. All of the cars on site were clean and in good order. The Astra had a fanatastic full service history. All of the staff are polite and friendly. They say the best judge of a companies service is when things go wrong. Well after a few days we had issues with the clutch, we notified friends autos and they confirmed it was covered under their warranty, they collected the car, fitted a complete new clutch and notified us 3 days later the car was ready to take back, no charge! All the way through the experience friends could not have been more polite or professional ! I don’t normally fill reviews in but their service is quite exceptional so I felt I had to pass on the recommendation .

Friends by name, and friendly by nature. I travelled quite a distance to view a particular vehicle, and I wasn’t disappointed. Very pleased with the Peugeot 207 SW which I purchased today. Mr. Rassoul is a gentleman and the standard of the used cars on display is exemplary. He took time to show and explain all the intricacies of the car, but left me alone to carry out the inspection at my leisure without any pressure. Happy to accompany me on the test drive. We agreed a price for the car which suited us both; a fair deal is a good deal. All paperwork was in order together with service history and V5 document. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Rassoul and Friends Autos .

From telephoning to enquire about a car to reserving and collecting it, my experience was top notch – especially as a first-time mum who is returning to driving in something a bit smaller and nippier! Mr Rasool clearly takes great pride in the cars that he takes in because mine was spotless and well-tended. He was able to provide all of the particulars that I asked for and all of the paperwork was in order. He sorted out the vehicle tax for me as well which saved us a job. He was lovely to deal with and we had a really wonderful conversation that left myself and my mum both feeling very uplifted. Honest, open, and knowledgeable – you can’t wrong and will feel taken care of at Friends Autos.
