We recently purchase a Hyundai i20 Sport Nav Couoe from Friends Auto’s. This car we only spotted by chance on Auto Trader as we hadn’t actually been looking at a 3 door variant. When we went to view the car the car itself was presented really well, clean inside and out. It’s had clearly been looked after by its previous owners unlike some other cars we had viewed at other dealers. This purchase was to be my Sons first car and we were looking for something that had been well looked after, modern, reasonable to insure and with a decent specification. Friends auto’s were friendly and knowledgeable about the car and even allowed my Son to test drive the car even though it was the first time he had driven since passing his test. We agreed a price with Friends Autos’s and paid an initial deposit. Purchase of the car was also including a three month warranty and roadside assistance. The car was due to its MOT and Friends Auto’s agreed that this would be done prior to collection. Rear brake discs and pads were changed prior to the test as well as the auxiliary drive belt which was noticed to have some deterioration. All of this gave us confidence that there had been an attention to detail by Friends Auto’s to ensure that we were able to drive away without any doubts in our minds. So far we are really pleased with our purchase and our experience dealing with Friends Autos.

Rasool at Friends Autos lived up to his company name. A very pleasant gentleman, not a pushy salesman. I bought a first car for my daughter. It was as described, a decent honest used car. A wonderful experience from start to finish. The whole team is so friendly and helpful. Upon our first visit to the car lot they didn't have anything that quite fitted our requirements but Mr Rasool took our telephone number and called us a few days later to let us know that he had something that may fit our requirements. The car was just perfect had everything we was looking for and so much more besides. The price was very reasonable and he even took my old car as part exchange. He was very helpful all the way through I am disabled and he was very patient with me offering great advice. I cannot recommend Friends Autos highly enough I know my daughter is 17 next birthday and so she will be the next one to be on the look out for a car and I know where I am going to be heading to.
