Recently I bought BMW 520d from this dealer.They gave me a really good deal and were prompt with the delivery of car.I would recommend Friends Autos because in my experience they have proven to me trustworthy and genuine used car dealer.

I recently purchased an eight year old Fiat Grande Punto with a 3 months Parts and Labour Warranty for my Son as his first car. Of all of the dealers we looked at, I found all of the staff that i came into contact with at Friends Autos to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A week after i purchased and collected the car, i discovered small oil leak which, when investigated was caused by a badly corroded oil sump which would need replacing immediately (corrosion is not covered by the Warranty). I contacted the dealer and was pleasantly surprised by their reaction. There was no questioning of my discovery, no hiding behind "its a wear and tear issue". There was only a willingness to sort out the issue. I was asked to return the car to them and within a couple of days a new oil sump had been put onto the vehicle. These guys appear to be completely genuine. Their customer service is exceptional and i would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I bought my first car here a month ago and I truly regret it. First of all, the sales team made promises to sort out scratches as we placed a deposit and when coming to collect the car they sad that it wasn’t worth the hassle. As a customer willing to pay a bit extra to get a decent first car, I feel they just tried to get rid of the car with as little effort as possible. Having the car for a month now, I’ve had to replace the brakes, and now the wing mirror glass has fallen off and the digital clock is now not showing the digits correctly. I understand that buying a used car will come with its shortcomings but I do not recommend this place if you’re an inexperienced buyer.

Thanks for review which we regret to read it but negative review is taken as constructive and used to improve our services. Just to correct that the car was not collected but it was delivered free of cost which was not part of the deal but was a favour on request. Regarding scratches we checked with the body shop and pass on their advice to you. You mentioned that you were willing to pay a bit extra but you did not even pay full price and got a significant discount in the asking price. At the time of the sale the faults were not there and car was working fine therefore you bought it. You admitted that used cars come with shortcomings therefore you should expect wear&tear in over 10years old car. We hate force selling. We never try to get rid of our stock and always believe on genuine sale entirely on customers’ choice. We can recall, at purchase of this vehicle you were accompanied by experienced people to check the car. You had a test drive & only bought when you were fully satisfied.

I bought a 17 year old Honda Civic with 84,000 miles on the clock from these guys and, for the year, it was immaculate really. I was very pleased with both the condition of the car and the price. The price especially i thought was very reasonable and fair. I've had the car about two months now and there have been no problems whatsoever. Obviously, i did the footwork and bought something with service history etc., but i can tell i haven't bought anything i'm going to regret, and to be honest i would be surprised to hear that they tried to sell that sort of thing. I am extremely happy with my deal and i would recommend them to anyone and would happily buy from them again.

Best car dealer there is! They went above and beyond to ensure that the buyer receives a great car, they even performed a MOT test (within the car price) without even being asked to. I highly recommend them!
