I traveled to friends autos to view one of their cars, my wife and I met the owner and his team and found them very pleasant, after test driving the car I went to see I did purchase it, I could not fault this dealer, so friendly took time to discuss the car and even allowed me to haggle the price down. I would highly recommend this dealer and would not hesitate in buying from him in the future.

Friendly and reliable service. There were a few minor bits (e.g. seat adjustment handle) on the car that needed attention and I thought they might struggle to get the work done because it was mid-December and there had been snow. But the car was ready on the collection date. Payment was straight forward and assistance provided for taxing the car. Rasool was friendly and seemed genuinely keen that the car should be right and safe, ready for my son to learn in. He arranged for a service of the car before collection, even though I did not demand this. I remember when I went to collect the car, Rasool was dealing with another customer and it is worth noting that the customer thanked Rasool for service and that he would recommend Friends Autos to his friends or colleagues, A month on for me and the car remains reliable.

Russell was a real pleasure to do business with. He was honest and truthful from the minute we got talking. Like myself, Russell is a family man. When I explained that I wanted to purchase a Nissan Qashqai for my pregnant fiancée, Russell made sure that the car was absolutely spot on before allowing me to drive away. He fixed a minor issue with a caliper and window switch regulator before arranging the car to be valeted and cleaned prior to delivery. Overall I am very happy with my experience with Russell at Friends Autos and I would definitely recommend them.

Russell was very approachable, helpful and happy to go through the pros and cons of the cars he had available. Made me aware of cars he would have available in the next week so I could return to see those too. Allowed test drive and a mechanic to look over car when I wanted. New MOT, addressed one very minor issue the mechanic brought up and the car was valeted. All very reassuring.
