Great customer service from the time I called to enquire about the vehicle, to the viewing and test drive. Staff have amazing knowledge of cars and customer needs, the car was as described over the phone. One of a kind 5star service from a used car dealer. highly recommended

Excellent service. We bought a car from here which was reasonably priced and were able to test drive before purchasing. We noticed that there was a problem with the clutch after getting it home so called the garage and they were happy to have the car back to have a look. They had the car fixed at no expense to us and back with us within a week, keeping us updated along the way. Couldn’t have asked for better service, would definitely buy from here again!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Bought a car from above garage back in November and have since had to fork out over £1000 on repairs in which the garage should cover under warranty however it is impossible to contact the garage as they will NOT answer their phone or respond to emails. Complete shambles of a company and should be avoided at all costs!

We bought a car for my son here and were very happy with it but when we got home found that the cd player was not working, this was something that was particularly important for my son as he loves his music and had been gathering some cd's for his new car.I made contact the next day and they said that it had been working, we agreed I would try again and get back in touch. The following day I sent a video of it not working and they got back in touch straight away, they were very helpful and we agreed that they would get a new cd player and fit it. They managed to source one in time for my son's day off and we drove down and they fitted it for us there and then.On all occasions I have very happy with the service and found them to be courteous and professional. I would defintely recommend

I have just bought new 2008 Peugeot car from Friends Autos in Evesham, I drive it from there to Manchester, than Manchester to Dublin in Ireland. Happy with my purchase, spotless and clean car must say ! Rassoul and Chaabanne very honest and best car dealer have ever dealt with. Provide you with all info about the car, and show all documents and history with details of the car, test drive ,,,etc. best service with smile and really recommend this car dealer for any body. Having made the tough decision to part with my beloved but decaying car back in March, I found a suitable and reasonably priced car with Friends Autos through auto trader. Happy with our new car from friends autos, both members of staff we dealt with were friendly, polite and helpful. It's been less than a week since our purchase but we have no issues with the car yet. Purchase and trade in of our old car were processed quickly so we were able to take the car home on the same day within a matter of hours. Thank you

I purchased a punto a punto 6 months ago and all seemed fine but after a month the car was literally falling apart and has been in and out the garage. I have only done 687 miles in it so far as I only drive to work and back. First I found out that the windows had been "fixed" but were actually glued shut and then all the other problems started to happen after only a month. It had: A crack across the front left wheel, radio stopped working and car heater, it needed a new battery straight away and to be oiled, the mirror was glued on and fell off whilst driving, fuel leak, leaking oil line, electric windows sometimes stopped open, struggles to get into 3rd gear, grill somehow fell off as it looked like it had been cable tied, window wiper motor stopped working and now after 6 months the engine cuts out completley and refuses to work for longer then 2 mins. This is a joke I paid £2000 for a 06 punto, in the trust in the company that it was i really good condition but I have racked up a large bill fixing it after the first month but now after 6 months the car might be a right off. The seller was nice but their cars are junk and all the problems have been hidden. I have also noticed the negative reviews have been removed to make it seem trustworthy.
