Top service, very friendly staff. As soon as i entered the lot the staff were not pushy, answered all questions asked and had a friendly smile the whole time.

Very friendly, not pushy or made you feel pressured to buy the vehicle, took out for a test drive.

Great customer service from the time I called to enquire about the vehicle, to the viewing and test drive. Staff have amazing knowledge of cars and customer needs, the car was as described over the phone. One of a kind 5star service from a used car dealer. highly recommended

Buying a car for us is quite a traumatic experience usually but Mr Rasool made it easy and so pleasant. His manner and disposition made everything so easy. His knowledge about the car we purchased was great and we are delighted with our new car.

I dealt with Rasool and I had the bmw 330d from friends autos and honestly from enquiring to collection of the car there was plenty of back and forth communication and the car exceeded my expectations when I arrived! Amazing, friendly and reliable service well trusted garage with good quality cars! I even washed the car myself when I got home and it was a mint as it was when I collected it. Normally dealers put a coating on the cars to hide defects but this was not the case. Immaculate inside and out.

Very good experience. Beautiful BMW 520 Touring. I travelled from Swansea by train to pick my new car up. Never again, trains are why people drive cars. The owner offered me coffee straight away when I arrived, and showed me everything on the car. The car was everything I wanted, exactly as I was told. You don't want to travel for miles and find out it wasn't as described. My journey back home was pure luxury.thank you

Outstanding experience from start to finish!Mr Rasool sold me a little fiat 500 in June and he part-exchanged my existing car for a really good price. My car had suddenly needed replacing and I had contacted various other dealers, which left me feeling quite vulnerable.Mr Rasool answered all my questions and was so very reassuring and helpful. He is an honest, sincere man who runs a wonderful company. I can thoroughly recommend.

Lovely condition car, spotlessly clean and well presented. Very helpful service and advice from Mr Rasool, all the way from my first enquiry about the car to purchse and collection. I'd thoroughly recommend Friends Autos Ltd to any buyer.
