Having made the tough decision to part with my beloved but decaying car back in March, I found a suitable and reasonably priced car with Friends Autos through auto trader. They were courteous, professional, and very happy to go through and explain all of my buying options, which made the whole experience smooth and stress free. I now have a fab car which I’ve owned for over three months and has just sailed through its MOT. I couldn’t be happier, and I would recommend Friends Autos to anyone.

Happy with our new car from friends autos, both members of staff we dealt with were friendly, polite and helpful. It's been less than a week since our purchase but we have no issues with the car yet. Purchase and trade in of our old car were processed quickly so we were able to take the car home on the same day within a matter of hours. Thank you

I purchased a punto a punto 6 months ago and all seemed fine but after a month the car was literally falling apart and has been in and out the garage. I have only done 687 miles in it so far as I only drive to work and back. First I found out that the windows had been "fixed" but were actually glued shut and then all the other problems started to happen after only a month. It had: A crack across the front left wheel, radio stopped working and car heater, it needed a new battery straight away and to be oiled, the mirror was glued on and fell off whilst driving, fuel leak, leaking oil line, electric windows sometimes stopped open, struggles to get into 3rd gear, grill somehow fell off as it looked like it had been cable tied, window wiper motor stopped working and now after 6 months the engine cuts out completley and refuses to work for longer then 2 mins. This is a joke I paid £2000 for a 06 punto, in the trust in the company that it was i really good condition but I have racked up a large bill fixing it after the first month but now after 6 months the car might be a right off. The seller was nice but their cars are junk and all the problems have been hidden. I have also noticed the negative reviews have been removed to make it seem trustworthy.

Bought my daughters first car here. Exceptional service over the phone and face to face. Provided helpful advice on makes and models. Very professional and polite. Pleasure to deal with.

A fantastic experience! I couldn't recommend enough. The staff were friendly, honest & sincere. Full history of the car was provided & sales staff were attentive without pressuring. Full transparency & clearly an ethical seller. I took the car for a full check about 2 months after purchase and everything was confirmed by the garage in good working order. Fair prices too!

I brought a Vauxhall Corsa from this company. They are a well run family business who are so friendly and helpful. They looked after me while I was there and new about the cars they were selling. The car is in great condition and was a fab price. Highly recommend!! 👍🏻

Looked at and test-drive a mito for my son.heard wheel bearing noise which was not picked up on mot and wasn't friends autos interest to rectify they would only cover engine and gearbox only hence brought another mito elsewhere with proper warranty.

Unfortunately, We have no record of the events you describe and if these were to be issues raised to us, We would always endeavour to rectify them as soon as possible. We do offer a one month warranty which we underwrite ourselves and we also offer the option of third party warranty for 3, 6 and 12 months to suit our customer requirements. We were in a car accident and both of us are disabled and a car is so very important to us, we found the one we liked at friends so went for a look see, they were amazeing , new what he was talking about , kind, proffedsional, didnt rush us , i was haveing a bad day with my brain being organised, but was so very patient , the whole experiance was just what we needed, we wont go anywhere else for a vehicle now , thank you for your awsome service
